It didn’t come with the mounting bracket and I couldn’t install it on my ouxi. 😓

The battery works well with my Ouxi bike and looks how it was advertised. It came after 14 days of purchase. The only reason I am giving the company four stars is because I never received a tracking number for the item, and I was not able to track it, unlike the other items I purchased from this online store, which had a tracking number. Luckily, I was home when it was delivered. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
