If you have any issues with your product, please e-mail support@v8fatbike.com and we will assist you with filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
What is Covered
Below key parts of your bike will be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) during the stated warranty period if you have any of the following manufacturing or design faults under normal use:

- Mother Boards or Computer Control faults
- Battery faults (SLA or Lithium)
- Adaptor faults
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow.
