If you have any issues with your product, please e-mail support@v8fatbike.com and we will assist you with filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
What is Covered
Below key parts of your bike will be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) during the stated warranty period if you have any of the following manufacturing or design faults under normal use:
- Motor faults
- Mother Boards or Computer Control faults
- Battery faults (SLA or Lithium)
- Adaptor faults
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 30 days of your purchase date then please let us know. As long as the dealer is not breaking the minimum advertised price policy, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

- The Mileage and battery life will be affected by loading weight, temperature, road slope, adequacy of tires.

Q8 Black and Gray US version, unboxed 2 days ago and I took the black one for a spin on the yesterday and OMG, What a bike!!! OooWee Ouxi’s workmanship is awesome [chef kiss] I am a happy camper on my Q8, customer service is prompt on email, I wish it had full throttle, but I guess I’ll get used to half until I unlock it.
